Access to the space depends on the number of guests in your booking:
● For groups of 6 guests or fewer, you’ll have access to the upstairs level only. This includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a private backyard patio with BBQ and a 4-in-1 multi-game: table size: 137L×67W×86H (cm)— perfect for smaller families or groups.
● For groups of 7 or more, the entire house will be available, including the downstairs level with an additional 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom —offering plenty of space for everyone.
The property includes private access to the beachfront just steps away from the front door, making it easy to enjoy the beach at any time. A fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio area are available for your use, offering plenty of options for cooking, entertaining, or relaxing with family and friends.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out time Please check out by 10:00 am.

There is no need to wash the sheets or towels. After you depart, our cleaning team will strip the beds. Please just leave the sheets on the beds and the towels either in the bathroom(s) or bedrooms.

Pease load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Please check all bedrooms, bathrooms, cupboards and the fridge/freezer for any personal belongings before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
