Ideally located only 60 meters walk to the beach including daily use of one of Mornington Peninsula's iconic Bathing Boxes.
Featuring earthy natural tones, modern open-plan living with timeless 80's charm.
Enjoy bay views from the sunny west facing alfresco dining area and spacious master bed suite.
Wander back from the beach, pour a drink, light up the BBQ and soak up the sunset.
Luxury ground level apartment incorporates the whole ground level of the house, being approximately 80 square meters of indoor space. Exclusive private use of the outdoor area for staying guests including exclusive use of tennis court, surface not playable for serious tennis however you are welcome to enjoy the space for games and fun.
Your host occupies the upper level but is rarely on the front decks and rest assured your stay will be quiet, private and exclusive.
Park off street, a separate keypad entrance leads to a hallway enhanced by Australian artwork and wood paneling.
The new kitchen consists of a Smeg Coffee Machine, Bosch integrated dishwasher, air fry oven, induction cook top and stainless steel fridge.
Open plan living and dining area with solid Tasmanian Oak dining table and seating for six.
A 55 inch Samsung HD Smart TV with Bose soundbar offering Netflix and over 300 Samsung Plus TV channels.

The bathing box is located directly across the road and down a pathway.Inside the key locked Bathing Box (shed) you will find 4 deck chairs and a table, 2 folding sun lounges, a large umbrella, 2 stand up paddle boards with paddles, a small foam surfboard, aquatic toys, sunscreen and a drinks cooler.
The Bathing box has a great sized deck to just sit back on, enjoy a drink and views of one of Melbourne's best beaches.
