1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 14.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

Family get away

Place was awesome views second to none. Had alot of fun stayng there. Process was easy and stress free. Our friend and family loved their visit to Melbourne and i couldn't have thought of a better place to take them.

Highly recommend! The heated infinity pool is to die for and all of the amenities were sooo luxurious.
