My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was am amazing feature, and there is lots of space inside and out. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything you could need.

The actual house itself is good. There was a couple things that I thought definitely needed attention. There is one smoke detector in the whole entire house, which is very old. The mattresses are very very old. And we could live with that, however, the area around the pool and the deck is not nice at all. I can easily submit pictures so that people can actually see what it looks like. The deck is rotten and nails are sticking out. And the shaling of the swimming pool around it is very bad. Unattended, a lot of weeds around the pool area. Something else that would be bothered me was there was meat that was left in the fridge that should not have been. The good part is it was in a good area, and the pool itself other than the area around, it is good. We did have problems with communication getting into the house.

Great location, very clean and spacious house

The property is conveniently located near intersection of Yonge and Major MacKenzie. It is very clean and spacious. It meets the need of our family of 7 very well. Communication with owner is easy and responses are very fast. We are happy we stayed there.
