5-Bedroom Home Surrounded by Multi-Million Dollar Estates. Spacious, Modern, Perfect for Families or Groups Seeking Comfort and Elegance in an Exclusive Neighbourhood. Hot tub and sauna is available to make your spa getaway.
3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom on main floor and a separate unit in lower floor with 3 beds, 1 sofa bed and one extra bathroom.
For family entertainment we have pool table, ping pong table and foosball table.
Step outside to enjoy the Oasis backyard with spa getaway touches. our outdoor hot tub and dry Sauna is a perfect adds on to our backyard.

The house has 2 lower level units. Only one unit is accessible to the guest. Other side of lower level is occupied by the owner and it has a separate entrance from side of the house

This house was perfect for our family trip. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults, 2 small kids, and dogs. The well appointed yard and game room were popular with the kids, and the house was clean and comfortable. Maddie was a communicative and helpful host. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home! There were six of us total and we were all very comfortable with the great bedroom sizes and the 3 bathrooms. All of the furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows for all of us. The place was very clean, you can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and is a great place for a morning or evening walk. Really great stay and home!

The property itself is very nice and located in a quiet, upscale suburban neighborhood. The espresso machine was a particularly nice touch. However, our stay was marred by a lack of proactive communication and privacy issues.Upon arrival, we found minor landscaping renovations occurring in both the front and back yards. We were not notified about this in advance but the host did provide an explanation after I reached out to ask about people walking around the house and yard. The sauna looks great in photos, but couldn't heat up past 50C (122F) on a mild day, making it unusable for an actual sauna experience.The most jarring moment of our stay occurred when an older woman unexpectedly walked right into the kitchen through a side door. This dispelled any belief that we had privacy in home. It appears she lives in a downstairs in-law suite and was perhaps caught off-guard that we were home, but it was an uncomfortable intrusion.If you are looking for total privacy and seamless communication, you may want to clarify boundaries with the host.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the home, neighborhood, and amenities such as the espresso machine. We would however like to clarify a few points for future guests. The property description clearly states that there is a completely separate owner/in-law suite with its own private side entrance, separate from the guest space. Privacy of our guests is always extremely important to us. Regarding the landscaping work, there was no renovation taking place. A landscaping team was briefly working outside during the first couple of days to complete minor interlocking adjustments on the exterior of the property. We explained this immediately once contacted and also asked the workers to attend while guests were away in order to minimize any disturbance. The situation involving someone entering the kitchen was due to a miscommunication with our cleaning team, who mistakenly believed the main floor also required cleaning at that time. We completely understand how unexpected this felt, and we addressed it immediately to ensure it does not happen again. As for the outdoor dry sauna, it is a residential home-style sauna and not a commercial gym-grade unit. Many of our previous guests have enjoyed it, including during winter months, and we have not previously received concerns regarding its performance. We truly care about the experience of our guests and believe our many positive reviews reflect the cleanliness, comfort, communication, and hospitality.

It was a perfect place for the 10 of us who stayed! Lovely place, good location. It was close enough to things to do, but also a welcoming comfortable place to just hang out and spend time with family. The host communicated quickly, clearly, and effectively. If we come back to Toronto I would absolutely stay here again.

We were a family of 8 with 3 small children coming in from different places for a memorial service. The house was perfect for our needs. Maddie was a wonderful host and always available if we needed him. The backyard with spa, sauna and a fabulous play structure was icing on the cake! Highly recommend!
