We are located right next to the brook, offering beautiful views of nature and the soothing sound of the stream. No traffic noise makes it very peaceful. Enjoy a relaxing stay with the whole family at this tranquil retreat, which has been cleaned to a very high standard.
As close to nature as a house can be.
The home offers the ideal accommodation for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The space
Just 4 km from Nelson's city center and the Nelson Saturday Morning Market, where you can find local crafts and food, our home is also close to a vibrant evening dining scene.

The Brook Waimarama Sanctuary, mountain biking trails, and scenic walking paths are just a minute away. The Brook Motor Camp and an NZCMA park are within a 2-minute walk, and a kid's playground is just a minute away—a small stroll along the brook from the back of our house.

Wake up to the soothing sounds of the brook and birds, free from traffic noise. You can enjoy a barbecue while listening to this tranquil ambiance. Open the back gates for a dip in the water or take your dogs for a swim—it's all right in our backyard.

Relax in our lovely, spacious home, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our modern and warm living space features a new large-screen OLED TV, Bluetooth sound system, Wi-Fi, Sky, and Netflix. Additionally, Nelson's eBus service runs daily, with a bus stop just 30 seconds from our gate.

Our home is family-friendly, offering 4 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights in February/March, and found the house generally well set up. We enjoyed the path right outside the back door that went along the brook, and also enjoyed its proximity to the Brook Reserve, which we visited three times, and is amazing. We had problems with the dryer, which was only because we didn’t know how to empty the water from it, and emailed her on a Sunday. Monday afternoon her son appeared with a new dryer, installed it, and showed us how to operate it. The king bed was very comfortable, and the larger queen was also. The internet speed was blazingly fast, and the water pressure was amazing, with immediate hot water when desired. The main bathroom had been completely renovated with a very nice shower. A pleasant holiday for us.

Just perfect!

The house was just perfect for us travelling with our dog. Great location by the river, with plenty of walks nearby. Lovely quiet back section. Excellent communication with the owner. No hesitation booking again.

What a nice place

Well appointed modern home on quiet back-section bordering on recreation area and stream... a grwat summer stay. And being pet-friendly we managed to take the two (well behaved) dogs as well as the kids! Can reconmend.
