Welcome to your perfect beach escape at Mallard Lakes just minutes from the beautiful shores of Fenwick Island! This family-friendly townhome offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. An ideal retreat with all the comforts of home. Inside, you’ll find central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi, and two TVs for relaxing after a day at the beach. Start your mornings with coffee in the cozy three-season room overlooking a peaceful community lake.
The whole family will enjoy the outdoor amenities. Kids can fish in the fresh and saltwater lakes, cool off in one of the community pools, or play in the on-site playground designed for safe, active fun. Whether you’re looking to unwind or make new memories, this is the perfect spot to relax, refresh, and recharge.
Community Recreation Fee: $150 per week + $25 refundable FOB deposit, payable to the Mallard Lakes office.
