We are located in Destin on Holiday Isle. We would enjoy hosting you at our 2Br/2Ba unit at Sandpiper Cove! Our unit is on the Harbor canal just a short walk to the private beach ⛱️ WITH Beach Service.

Important info:

🔐 Private Gated 43 acre resort community with 24/7 security.

📶 Second Floor Condo, NO elevators. For convenience, you can order groceries to be delivered to your door via Walmart Delivery or Doordash

🏖️ Private beach with beach service! (March 1st thru Oct.31st) Tired of carrying everything down to the beach? Enjoy use of 2 Chairs and an umbrella set up for you, for FREE

⛳️ FREE 9 hole par three golf course. Clubs and balls are kept in the condo for your use

🐟 Fishing from the deck under your condo, near Lagniappe restaurant or from the beach. Poles/License not provided

🏊‍♀️ 5 pools throughout the complex. 1 heated

💦 3 hot tubs around the heated pool

🎾 Tennis and pickle ball courts. Rackets are in the condo for your use

We are walking distance to a variety of restaurants including: La Paz Mexican Restaurant, Bric A Brac, Louisiana Lagniappe, Ricks and an Ice Cream/candy shop.

You can also take the water taxi to the Harbor Walk where you will find fishing charters, dolphin tours, trips to crab island, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, restaurants, night life, kid friendly excursions etc.

Winn-Dixie and Target (grocery) are across the main highway. Walmart is a few miles away.

Great beach getaway!

We loved staying at Johnnie’s property! It had everything we needed, was close to the beach, and close to anything else we needed. Johnnie was super kind, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the beach service and the pickleball/tennis courts. Wonderful restaurant onsite as well. Condo was nice and right on the canal. Beautiful scenery.

Winter Escape

We’ve been coming to Sandpiper Cove for years to escape winters in Missouri. This is our second time staying in this condo, and we are so happy with this rental. The condo is spacious and well-maintained. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Clean condo close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Destin. Beach access was easy and just across the street. Plenty of parking if you want to drive but you could walk in less than three or four minutes. A lot of restaurants close by for dining. The beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets, which was helpful after a day in the sun! Everything was exactly as described, and you can’t beat the beach service included with this rental

This was our best stay at Sandpiper Cove! Condo was very well kept. Condo was cleanest we have stayed. All appliances worked well and were up to date. Bedrooms and living room were extremely comfortable. Communication with owner from booking to checkout was excellent! Thank you Johnnie for such a great stay!

Awesome Condo

Awesome condo, clean and well appointed. The owner was fantastic and communication could not have better. Perfect place if you are bringing a boat as I did. Only one thing to consider adding would be an electronic lock rather than having to carry a key or open lock box every time. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Little Getaway!

My husband and I decided to book a last minute spring break trip with our kids and wanted to find good weather & good location! This unit was perfect for our family (4 kids, 9 and under). All the kids shared a room and bathroom, and we had a room. The deck overlooking the channel was great, and our kids LOVED fishing there at night. Easy walk to the beach & pool, and close to some of our favorite Destin restaurants! Communication with owner was easy and responsive!

Wonderful condo on the canal

The condo was everything we hoped for. It was very clean, in fact one of the cleanest we have stayed at in Sandpiper Cove. We loved the back deck that overlooked the canal. When we weren’t at the beach or pool, we were on the deck. You can that tell the owner, Johnnie takes great pride in the condo. It is beautifully decorated and homey. Johnnie was extremely helpful and communicative. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

3rd year in a row!

We love this condo so much. We are a family of 4 who doesn’t use the pull out sofa or the double bed, but we love everything about this condo so we don’t mind paying for extra space. It feels like a second home now! We love the beach service too. The shower/hose in the covered parking area is so nice after the beach and we enjoy the deck every morning and evening. Safe area close to so many things, and just lovely!

Exceptional experience

This property and location were perfect for our family of seven. The condo was immaculate and included everything we needed and more. Within 24 hours of our arrival, members of our party indicated an interest in staying at this property again next year! The owner, Johnnie, gave us very clear check-in and departure instructions. He was so responsive to any question or concern we had. This condo is very close to the beach and nearby restaurants. We have stayed in Destin many times, but this property has been our favorite! I highly recommend this unit!

Great Condo - Great Location

This is our favorite condo that we have stayed at in Sandpiper Cove. It is in a great location within the gated community. It is close to the Pickleball courts, tennis courts, Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant and par three golf course. The covered parking is a bonus. The property is close to grocery stores, seafood markets, restaurants, and other shops. Beach access is great. Close enough to walk but there is private parking right next to the beach if you want to drive. The condo itself is super nice and the kitchen has everything that you need. The large main balcony is awesome overlooking the canal and golf course. The host was exceptional and checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely be back.

Second time visitors

This is our second stay at Johnnie’s condo and we love it and hope to return next year. The location within the property is so nice. Beach chair service is a nice bonus. We love the layout, the canal view, the porch, the storage and all the thoughtful details. The property is is so clean and full of storage spaces. Just cannot say enough about how great it is!
