Sand Piper Cove Resort Condominium Is in a gated 43-acre beachfront paradise.
It has 1100-feet of private beach with the most beautiful white sand on the crystal clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an amazing day at the beach soaking up the sun or rent a kayak and have an awesome adventure. This resort also includes a 9-hole, par 3 golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts right outside your door.
Spend a relaxing day in one of the 5 beautiful pools (2 are heated) and 3 hot tubs that are located throughout the property.
Enjoy a lovely sunset dinner with beautiful views of the harbor at the amazing Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant that is on the property or enjoy a meal and an ice-cold drink at the beachside restaurant.
Boat launching and docking are available for all of you who enjoy water sports or fishing.
Spend a day shopping and enjoying the waterfront bars and restaurants on the Harbor Walk. If you don't feel like driving to the Harbor Walk, you can take a water taxi right from the property or rent a pontoon and enjoy a day at the Famous Crab Island sand bar.
Our Condo #4110 is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms fully equipped unit on the Canal which includes, Wi-Fi, keyless entry, parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, board games and cards for those slow-paced times when you just want to stay in and relax. For your beach days we have beach towels, chairs and a cooler. If you don't feel like walking to the private beach or you just want to take a drive around the property, we would be happy to rent you our covered 4-seat golf cart.
There is so much to do and see in Destin Florida, it is a beautiful place for destination weddings and for memorable family vacations. If you're a snowbird we do long term rentals and would love to have you stay in our condo.

Definitely would come back here the place was beautiful so close to everything, truly felt like a luxury stay with the decor and small details that you could tell they went the extra mile. Beautiful property! Great location! We love coming to Sandpiper Cove, and this condo is absolutely beautiful! Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. All the essentials and the golf cart was fun and convenient! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience!

Our entire stay was wonderful. The condo is very nice, clean, and well-stocked. It has all the amenities we wanted. The owner is amazing. She’s very attentive, polite, and accommodating to her guests. Highly recommend staying here!

One-night stay in Sandpiper Cove

Unit was very clean and is beautifully furnished. Wide deck area provides plenty of outdoor space, and a nice view of the canal and one of the golf course holes. Very close to the tennis courts. My family and I would stay here again.

Great Location & Beach

Our family of 4 including a Cocker Spaniel have been staying here for years for the location and the beach. This condo has been the best experience so far, the golf cart was very convenient and Missy was very helpful and answered all messages promptly. I am very picky about where we stay and I would definitely recommend this unit.

Wonderful Condo

This is a great place to stay. Wonderful condo with an even more gracious host! Missy is absolutely awesome to rent from. She’s always attentive to requests and needs, and she puts her guests first in all ways. We’ve stayed in this same condo four times over the last three years and will continue to rent it in the future.

Great beach rental

This place was great, close to the beach and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. Very clean. Has everything you need already there. Would book this same place again next time we go back to destin. All the pools, golf course and tennis courts in sanpiper cove was really nice to. Plus our stay they included chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was nice.

Family Vacation

Our family loved that this condo is conveniently located in the center of this gated community with a balcony overlooking the canal and golf course. It was nice to have use of the golf cart to transport coolers, etc. to the beach. The condo is clean and tastefully furnished. We and our adult children are ready to go back!

Great property, lots of activities

This property had lots of activities that we enjoyed. The place was very clean and comfortable. The back balcony overlooks the water and one of the golf course holes so we were able to watch as golfers finished their game. We played golf a few times, and enjoyed the pickle ball paddles and all the courts. The golf cart was very handy for going to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely!

Missy is attentive, and the condo was spotless! Brand new towels, snacks, Pickleball racquets and balls, beach chairs, small ice chest, and beach towels were included. It was so much fun to take the golf cart to the beach. She thought of everything!

Wonderful Condo and Amenities!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Sandpiper Cove. Michelle was the perfect host and communicated promptly with us when we had questions about the door key code. Condo was nicely decorated with fun beach vibe. It was complete with everything, even beach towels, to make our stay stress free. We loved the balcony over looking the canal and harbor, especially spending time in the morning there with coffee. My husband even caught fish from the lower deck. It was so nice to ride the golf cart to and from the beach and around Sandpiper Cove. The private beach access was great. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again.

Nice Time

Everything good except tenants above our unit were noisy at late hours. Not sure if it was their fault but rather lack of carpeting or padding on upstairs floor made every step, every dropped item, dog movements etc. resonate down to us. Badly need sound proofing. That having been said, we had a good time, got used to noise and owners were very accomodatiing

Sue I am very sorry for the noise you experienced. We have never had a problem with noise coming from the upstairs Condo before. I believe it may have been the tenants that were staying in that unit being excessively loud. Again I sincerely apologize for that inconvenience and hope you stay with us again.

Perfect location with bay & beach access! BRING YOUR BOAT!

Our fishing family enjoyed this place! Beds were cozy! Nice bathroom space. Showers were huge and good water pressure! Plenty of cookware. A boat slip with water & electric, boat ramp within the community, fresh water to hose off reels and boat. (Bring your own hose to keep at slip). About a 25 minute gorgeous no wake zone to get out of pass. Able to park our boat trailer below the condo (our boat is 22’) plus our Ram 2500 truck in the driveway & the golf cart. Amazing restaurants nearby. Plenty of Gluten Free options. The electric golf cart was a super plus! Easy to use, beach access with a cash only restaurant, bathrooms and two chairs with an umbrella available. Just show up at the beach early (9am) and have the umbrella service team reserve your spot. The house has a huge deck over the canal (our son fished off the lower dock and caught all kinds of stuff). Wonderful communication from the rental company. Ran into a couple hiccups, but they were addressed immediately (which I appreciate, plus it was a new rental so we understand). Lots of board games and toy bin provided. Washer and dryer was great. Tenants above us were very quiet. Only one flight of stairs up to this unit (no elevator). Thank you for a great stay with fair pricing!
