Tidewater #217 (2nd floor!) is a gorgeous, coastal beachfront condo perfectly situated with the most stunning views of Panama City's famous white beaches and offers Complimentary beach chair service, seasonally at a savings of $70 per day! This unit is on the second floor, which is the floor you walk into from the parking garage from the skywalk, so you can avoid the elevator! A fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops and all the basic cookware essentials you could need, washer and dryer, and a dining table that seats 6 along with 4 barstools for the kids! The living room has ample seating for the entire family and shares those gorgeous Gulf views we all love. Sliding doors open up to the amazing wrap around balcony where you can relax or watch the family having a blast in the outdoor pool.

Each bedroom has a comfy king bed, and two of those bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a guest bathroom located right by the alcove housing the twin bunkbed.

All guests must register with the Tidewater Association. You will receive a link to register online after booking your stay. The Tidewater Registration fee is $67.41 for a three bedroom unit. You may park 3 vehicles with the registration. If you register less than 24 hours in advance the fee is an additional $10.
The registration fee includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to the common areas.
