The king size bed was the best we have ever slept on in away from home. ***** The lock on the front door was using a code and it did not work most of the time. The owner said they were replacing it and I hope this has happened because it caused us a lot of anxiety. The pool was nice but the screen in the surround was loose in a lot of places. In general, this worked out well for us.

Excellent! No notes. The location was great for what we wanted to do (Venice Beach and Braves Spring Training) and my eight year old loved the pool.

We were here for a month. The location was great. The hosts were very responsive. The house was clean and bright. The giant slider from family room to the outdoor area was a plus. The weather wasn’t great for us, but we did get to use the heated pool a few times. We appreciated the “extras” such as paper goods, wraps, spices, also tons of hangers! Definitely a great choice for us!

Unfortunately, this property did not meet the expectations created by the listing photos. I understand professional photos use flattering lighting and properties may look somewhat different in person, but this went beyond that.The pool was dirty, the backyard was overgrown with weeds and looked neglected, and the outdoor area was not somewhere I wanted to spend time. Inside, the furnishings were tired and worn. The sofa, which looked beautiful in the photos, was particularly run down. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and very different from what I expected.I had looked forward to this getaway, but I was so disappointed when I arrived that I seriously considered going home. I found myself thinking I could have stayed home rather than spending money to stay somewhere that felt less comfortable than my own home.I contacted the property company immediately and documented my concerns. Afterward, I attempted to communicate with the owner about my experience and possible compensation. I wasn't demanding a full refund, but the owner has not responded at all—not even to acknowledge my concerns or offer an apology.I hope the owner updates the photos and gives the property the attention and maintenance it needs. I rely on reviews when booking, so I wanted future guests to have an honest account of my experience.
