Gentle Breeze - 951 Citrus Rd.

This great South Venice pool home is sure to become a favorite.
Newly furnished and equipped, owners have ensured it will be comfortable for all that stay there.
Situated on nice quiet street, when you come onto driveway you will first notice the lovely tropical landscaping the home has.
On entry into house you come into living rooms with plenty comfortable places to sit and relax and look out to the pool.
The open plan kitchen has stainless appliances, large island with barstools for casual dining. There is large dining table and chairs off kitchen and looking out to the pool.
Home has bonus of having a very spacious second living area with sofa, chairs, flat screen tv and pool table - fun place for family enjoyment.
Going out to the fabulous pool - which is large, resort style with therapy jets, and seating and also complete privacy. Pool can be electrically heated in winter.
Outdoor table and chairs for dining, also lounge chairs for sunbathing on the lanai.

Relaxing vacation

This house was great. Close to beaches,food and shopping. We definitely would rent again. The only complaint we do not feel the pool had been cleaned before arrival or during our stay. Everything else was wonderful!

Very comfy, cozy house, lots of privacy, house is vey accommodating

Everything we needed was provided, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, bathroom, plenty utensils, pots pans and dishes, only downfall, refrigerator didn't make ice. Nice pool table for recreation, inviting in ground pool, very clean, clear water. Super comfy bed, (off from the kitchen) has a sleep number bed. Plenty of towels, detergent, seating etc. a wide variety of things you would need for cooking, spices, flour, coffee, paper towels, some dishwasher detergent was provided as well as laundry detergent. We didn't want for anything, very spacious home.

Excellent propery

Loved everything about the property. Manager did an excellent job answering all our questions and needs. Kids loved the pool and intertaiment room. Plenty of space for a big family. Definitely will consider staying there again. Thanks a lot.

Over all good. Pool had some sand in it. Love the house it’s all ways sad to leave.

951 citrus lane

Had a fabulous time here! The location perfect for visiting the 5 local beaches, literally just minutes away. We really wanted to find sharks teeth but the water was too rough. The pool table was lots of fun, as well as the swimming pool. Home had practically everything you could want or need. Exactly as advertised.

Great home!

We loved this property! It had everything to make our vacation complete from pots and pans, towels, beach chairs, and a washer and dryer. The owner was very receptive to our emails and replied quickly. The location was 15 minutes from most beaches and stores. If your going to Venice I highly recommend this home! We had a great time!

Perfect house!

Great place to stay, so close to alot of beaches! This house had everything you need, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Definitely recommend this house.

Fabulous

The house was great & close to shopping, Dining & beaches. It was well -stocked & had a great lay-out. Too bad the pool waterfall wasn’t working during our stay but it was being repaired. Woul definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay!

With friends in Sarasota, Port Charlotte, and Englewood, this house was perfectly located, with beaches and golf courses nearby. Everything was clean and fresh, with all the kitchen/cooking utensils you need, including some basic spices in the cupboard. The neighborhood is very quiet, and many of the homes on the street look recently updated. The pool and patio area were clean and private. The only thing we missed was an outside grill. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Very Nice Rental

We stayed at this property in February 2020. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool heated up quickly and was a fun addition, as was the pool table. There are two king beds and 1 twin so good for a group/family of no more than 5. I highly recommend.
