Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.
No smoking of any kind - Quiet time strictly enforced 8pm to 10am - Security deposit hold of $100 is required. 1 night stays are not allowed.

The unit was clean and well stocked. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We didn’t use the amenities but went and looked at them and they looked lovely, wish we had more time to explore.

Using glass cleaner would make appliances and shower glass look cleaner. Also higher quality towels and more of them would be nice. The condo is pretty. High ceilings and the the design of shower and kitchen are beautiful. We did smell marajuana pretty strongly a couple of times coming through the ventilation we think? Overall a good stay. Thank you!
