It was nice, but has MANY restrictions and you have to sign a short term lease agreement and register everyone who might visit you during your stay. I have not had to do this before in 30 years of using vacation rentals!!The "rules" were very strict.... I am old.... I don't need much..... but I felt very imposed upon by the situation. You don't get checkin information until 15 minutes prior to checkin.... then I was basically unable to get any of the information because I am not that tech savy. Could not get any response by phone or text to get help.....

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We are glad you found the property nice, but we would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. Our rental agreement and guest-registration requirements are part of our standard reservation and community procedures. We understand that these may be different from requirements a guest has encountered at other vacation rentals, but they are provided as part of the check-in process and help us comply with the requirements applicable to the property. We are concerned by the statement that you could not get a response from us, as that does not reflect the communication in your reservation thread. Prior to arrival, you contacted us to let us know that your grandson would be staying with you. We responded promptly, confirmed there would be no additional charge, requested his name for the community registration, and you replied, “Thank you for your quick response.” Our check-in instructions also specifically invited you to contact us through the message thread with any questions or if clarification was needed. In addition we provide every guest with our email and phone number which is available 24/7 365 days a year. We certainly understand that technology can sometimes be frustrating, and we are always happy to assist when a guest lets us know they are having difficulty accessing information. Communication is especially important because it gives us the opportunity to help during the stay rather than learning about a concern afterward.
