PET FRIENDLY – The Osprey is a charming two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located just across the street from the beach. Part of the Little Lagoon Cottage community, this unit is one of 18 cottages that share an outdoor (unheated) pool. Deeded beach access is directly across from the property, making the beach easily accessible for all guests.



Pet Policy: One dog (15 lbs or less) is allowed. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay.



• Balcony access is from the living room, dining room, and both upstairs bedrooms



• Laminate tile flooring is throughout the cottage



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your home-away-from-home; the dining area seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Living area includes a sofa sleeper



• Twin bunk beds located in a nook just off the living area, perfect for children (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk.)



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs near the bedrooms



• Gas grill available under the home; guests must provide their own propane tank



• Parking for a maximum of two cars (covered parking under the cottage). Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted.



• Keyless entry - no waiting in lines for check-in

We had a wonderful time at "Osprey" The beach access was tremendous. Less than a three minute walk and beach at the point is perfect. Dock and pool are great. Fishing and many activities for the family. Highly recommend Osprey for a great getaway!

Easter at The Osprey

Booked a last minute Easter week at the Osprey. Love its convenience to the beach and Little Lagoon. This is my 2nd stay at Little Lagoon Cottages. Love the property and atmosphere.

Close to beach

Enjoyed the house being close to the beach while also having a pool and lagoon access. Took at advantage of the free daily tickets offered to go on a dolphin cruise. A/C did go out the last night we were there, maintenance responded to replace the thermostat batteries but unfortunately that did not fix the issue as hoped so it was hot when we woke up and while we packed up to head home.

Spacious adorable cottage with beach access!

Let me just say this is a beautifully decorated and designed cottage. It has a spacious kitchen and dining room with a huge island and plenty of bar stools. The bathrooms were very nice. The master bathroom was beautiful and had double sinks and a center vanity. We particularly enjoyed the brick street between cottages that enabled our kids to play outside where we could watch them from the balconies and not have to worry about a lot of traffic. The pool was nice although if you want sun you have to get there in the morning because the high rises on either side will shade it for most of the day. We also enjoyed the gas grill (provided) and the string/hook game and picnic table on the carport. The only negative was that the unit wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, but after reporting it, they had it cleaned within an hour and also refunded the cleaning fee. (Thank you!) Things happen that are uncontrollable and I was pleased with how they handled the situation. We were able to take the kid to The Gulf and splurge on some fancy cocktails, dinner, and the photo booth which was totally worth the wait. Very pleased with this cottage!

We had a great time. We did have to sweep when we first got there because we would walk around and feel sand all over our feet and could see the dust and dirt under the couch. We didn’t mind that though simple thing to fix. It was convenient location from the beach and an easy walk to the lagoon. We did have a few times when we left that other people that stayed across from us were at our house when we were pulling back up. They were hanging out where you park the cars. We didn’t like that just because it felt like an invasion of privacy. This was no fault to this place though. It had everything we needed to make breakfast. We loved getting to sit on the balcony as well. Plenty of room for my 7 year old and 4 year old to play and stay comfortable. We enjoyed the free activities email and did the Southern Rose dolphin cruise. I highly recommend that one as well. We definitely would consider staying here again.
