A spacious downstairs bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ample cabinet space, and a private bathroom.

A fully equipped kitchen and a separate TV room for added comfort and entertainment.

A versatile pool table that can be converted into a ping pong table or a dining table, offering fun and functionality.

Two additional upstairs bedrooms, including a spacious queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a modern bathroom.

Perfect for families or groups, this inviting retreat provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in a prime location.

- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 4 nights for the rest of the year - Mandatory extra-cleaning after 7 nights - Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 40 KwH per day and a maximum of 1.5 m3 water per day. Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH and $8 per m3, this will be calculated at the end of your stay. - The rate shown is based on 4 pax, 2 bedrooms, extra person/bedrooms at an additional charge - There is NO A/C in common areas, ONLY in the bedrooms
