Luxurious Villa Azul with Private Pool located at Blue Bay Beach

Welcome to the luxurious Jazmyn Villa Azul located in the beautiful Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort. This new and modern villa is a comfortable and serene oasis suitable for up to 6 people. Relax in the open plan 3 bedroom 3 bathroom tropical villa with a private plunge pool and spacious outdoor porch. You can embrace outdoor living by lounging by the pool, unwinding on the outdoor sofa or dining al fresco. A short walk away is the beautiful white sand Blue Bay Beach with a variety of food/drink choices, and a Padi dive center. Villa Azul guests receive free access to the beach which includes loungers, shower and bathroom facilities.
The 2000 square foot villa consists of a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with bathroom and a quaint third bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has air conditioning, updated lighting and plenty of space to store belongings. For cooking enthusiasts, the open concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and blender. The spacious air conditioned living room has a vaulted ceiling for exceptional air flow and comfortable seating around a flat screen T.V. with android services (500 channels in various languages, movies and sports). The Villa is equipped with fiber-optic WiFi services for all your online needs. Large ceiling to floor sliding doors leading to the porch can be opened entirely for a cool, refreshing breeze or the doors can be closed and the A/C turned on. Outdoor living is at its best on the large covered porch with your own private plunge pool. Enjoy meals around the large table that seats six or sit around the outdoor sofa sipping on your favorite drink. Two lounge chairs are ideal for relaxing with a book after a long day at the beach or after a dip in the plunge pool. For guest convenience, the villa has a propane BBQ, a washing machine, some snorkel gear and a few beach toys. Beach towels (1/person), bathroom towels (2/person), dish towels and linens are provided during your stay. The Villa is also equipped with a safe for renter's use.

Utilities: Electricity is 220 volts with European outlets. Adapters are provided for North American plugs.
We are committed to the responsible use of environmental resources so we encourage mindful use of water and electricity. Guests are responsible for water and electricity costs for their stay. Excessive use of water or air conditioners (such as running them constantly or leaving doors/windows open while running), will cause an increase in your utilities bill. The billing process is transparent and easy, our manager will write down the reading of the electric and water meter when you arrive and the reading when you leave. You will pay for the amount that you used payable from your $300 US cash security deposit that you will leave with the manager upon arrival. Stays longer than 10 days will require a $400 US cash deposit. The villa is equipped with newer energy saving appliances and AC units to keep costs at a minimum. If you decide to use the BBQ, please ensure that the grill, the bottom and metal grease tray are cleaned after use or it will attract bugs and ants. A mid-stay clean, which includes towel and linen exchange, is arranged directly with the manager at an additional cost of $100. This is mandatory for stays longer than a week.

Our on-site manager will welcome you to our villa. She will give you a quick orientation to the villa and resort. She will be available to assist with any issues during your stay and with information you may require. Owners are always accessible for questions or concerns.
