GENERAL

We endeavour to maintain the apartment clean and provide the best experience as much as possible. Please respect the property and keep it clean. No shoes please on carpetted areas.

WIFI

LIGHTS

Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

AIRCON/HEATER

Please turn off aircon/heater when not in use. To maximise efficiency, please close common doors. Please let the aircon/heater rest and not run it for 24 hours.

DISHES

Please put used dishes, cups and cutlery in the dishwasher and run a cycle prior to check out.

FOOD

Please clear out your food and drinks from the fridge and pantry upon checkout. Anything left will be thrown out.

RUBBISH

Please take your rubbish with you and throw in the bins located in the parking area on the ground level. You can access the bin area in the parking area through the doors by the lifts. You will need the fob to get back in again.

LATE CHECK OUT
You are welcome to have a late check out (Max 2 hours). However, this incurs a flat rate fee of $100 to compensate for the cleaners' change of schedule and wait time. We would appreciate if you give us advanced notice as soon as you can. You will be charged the $100 fee if you check out late without notice.

PARTY
You are welcome to have guests visit for meals but loud parties are not allowed. Neighbours may complain and this will put you at high risk of eviction.

SMOKING/VAPING
No smoking/vaping inside the apartment. If doing so at the balcony, please close the door so the smell won't come in. Please dispose of ashes appropriately. If you end up triggering the fire alarm that will summon the fire brigade with your smoke, not only will you face embarrassment but you will be charged $2000 for their fee.

LOST AND FOUND
If you left something, please let me know and I may let you liaise with the cleaner who will keep lost and found items 1 week after check out. As the cleaner is not paid extra to give you back any found items, please feel free to give gratuity for the kind gesture.

KEYS
Please take care not to lose the key and fob. If it gets lost, you will be charged $35 for the key and $50 for the swipe card.
