Private, Caribbean front Dolphin Bay Beach House (formerly Dolphin House)

Wake up to sunrise over the Caribbean, visible through floor to ceiling patio doors in every one of the bedrooms.

The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with patio access, king-sized beds and attached ensuites. One of the bedrooms has two bunk beds in addition to the king-sized so young families can stay together.

A separate ground floor lounge accessed from the breezeway boasts a queen sized bed, futon and bar fridge (available for larger groups). The lounge has an attached half bath, and access to an outdoor shower.

Working at the beach? No problem. Two of the bedrooms have built in desks and wifi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, fridge and oven. The ice maker in the pantry gets rave reviews! Washer and dryer are also available for your use.

There are air conditioning units in each bedroom, and in the great room.

Enjoy your coffee on the private beach, or take an early morning kayak in one of our two x two person kayaks. We also have two bikes available for you to access the village and nearby restaurants.

Completed in February 2026, is a pool and lounge area.

The newly built pool house has another king-sized bed, and kitchenette. Access to the pool house is available upon request only, for an additional charge of $100 a night.
