Guest House upstairs ( Fully self- contained with private entry) - 1 bedroom ( king bed +single bed) - sleep 3- A/C - Private bathroom. - Free parking at front - under shade sail (use guest parking on the left side) - Close to Airport, getaway. - Walking distance to Boondall train station, Taigum shopping centre, IGA supermarket and shops, restaurants & Café. - No pets allowed. - Laundry is at backyard shed- $5/ per washing. Please leave money in the jug. Part of large house upstairs. Fully self contained with private entrance. A/C unit in bedroom, TV on wall, outdoor seating. Shared back yard, shared front yard, shared upstairs deck.
Sauna and Spa is extra cost, NOT included in room rate. They are located at Zen bodywork acupuncture clinic. Please contact lisa for booking. I live very close by, will come around the house on daily basis, guests can request meet up with me very easily, call or text me whenever. family friendly, quiet neighbourhood, safe and local parks in walking distance. smoking not allowed inside the unit, guest can smoke at the outdoor patio area.
