Truly Amazing. Right on the beach. Ground Floor. Two units with adjoining door. A two bedroom, one bath and a studio are connected by a lockable door so you can keep the units open to each other or lock for privacy as needed. You have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Although the units can be connected, most of our guests leave them as two seperate units. Perfect for Parents with kids and the grandparents next door or two couples with a couple of kids.
And when we say beachfront, we mean beachfront. Walk out your door onto your walkway patio and the sand is 4 feet away. It's a 30 second walk to the water. Truly an amazing location.

Anna Maria Island is unique in that it's one of the beach towns that has retained the beach flavor. Not built up or overrun with chain stores and restaurants. Small town "beachy" feel. Easy to get around via car, walking, free trolley, or Uber.

This unit is two adjacent condos connected by an adjoining door that can be open or closed and locked for privacy. Nothing on the interior of the building is shared. The only shared areas are the patio/walkway in front of the units leading to the beach. You will meet other guests passing by on their way to the beach. It's a very friendly building.
This is truly a beachfront property. You step out the door and the sand is waiting. We can almost guarantee sunsets every night. It takes you about 30 seconds to reach the water. That's beachfront!!
