Anna Maria Island is unique in that it's one of the beach towns that has retained the beach flavor. Not built up or overrun with chain stores and restaurants. Small town "beachy" feel. Easy to get around via car, walking, free trolley, or Uber.
What makes this property unique
This is a private condo. Nothing on the interior is shared. The only shared areas are the patio/walkway in front of the units leading to the beach. You will meet other guests passing by on their way to the beach. It's a very friendly building.
This is truly a beachfront property. You step out the door and the sand is waiting. We can almost guarantee sunsets every night. It takes you about 30 seconds to reach the water. That's beachfront!!
