The water pressure in this property is good. Only furnished a few months ago and had its first guest in February 2025. So this is a brand new property with furnishings and fitted kitchen.
It also has 2x Balcony and very close to the biggest shopping mall in Lagos Island, Novare Mall.
This property has a dedicated property manager who is available to attend to all your questions and needs.
