Century Home in the Heart of Downtown St. John's

This cozy 3 bedroom house is optimally located in the heart of downtown. Take a stroll to explore the shops and restaurants along Water Street, stop in for a pint and a scoff in one the many pubs on George Street, or enjoy the scenery along the harbourfront. Afterwards, come back and relax in the comfort of this century home or enjoy the privacy of the enclosed back deck.

As you walk through the front door you will see a bench to sit for foot-ware removal and storage for hats, gloves, etc. The living room is on your right with the kitchen and Butler’s Pantry through towards the back. Access to the back deck is through the rear porch/Butler’s Pantry. There is a first-aid kit in the cabinet of the Butler’s Pantry.

The back deck is enclosed and has a patio set for four, a BBQ, and two Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning tea or coffee. There are lights hanging for evening enjoyment!

On the second floor you will find a window which can be used as an emergency (only) exit, if needed. You will also find the laundry and storage room. There are laundry detergent sheets, bleach, and dryer sheets for your use. There is also an ironing board and iron and a space heater for extra chilly nights.

This room also has a small work station and a privacy screen to set up behind you when on video calls.

The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a queen-size bed. The bathroom contains supplies such as soap, shampoo, body wash, Q-Tips, etc. as well as a hair dryer with a defuser (for those of us with curly hair!).

The stairs to the third floor are narrower and steeper so please be mindful of that. The third floor has a single room with a twin bed and a large room with a double bed. The main work station is in this room. The age of the house shows on this floor as the floors are not level. No game of marbles being played up there! 😂
