This heritage home constructed in 1849 has two oversized bedrooms with queens beds, 10 foot ceilings, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and a large rooftop patio with a stunning view of the narrows and signal hill just to name a few.

Lovely property and the location was well suited for exploring St John’s. The view from the upper balcony was wonderful considering how far from the waterfront it is.Host did not communicate very well and I didn’t have check in instructions. They seemed nice once they reached me, but I had to go through Vrbo as they didn’t respond to my text and calls for lock codes ect. They did apologize and I do feel like I may have been a one off.

Location and views are ideal. Cosy yet, spacious with a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The hosts communicate well and are approachable which is comforting. The house was quiet which is of huge importance to me.

Our stay was ideal. Chris assisted with everything we needed and wanted to know. He even came to the house at 10 pm to assist me with my luggage. (Our large apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor.) He was readily accessible and so nice to talk to.The apartment is very well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc) and the kitchen has a large array of what is required to make a nice meal. There is a spotlessly clean grill on the deck outside the kitchen. There is also a deck on the third floor where the bedrooms are located. You can see the ocean from either deck.The apartment is walking distance to the water front and George St. and across from the Capitol Building and a park. Next to the apartment is a convenience store.The apartment was spotless and large.We were very happy to return to it after each day's exploring. Betsy & Noel

Sweet!

The location was fantastic (street parking only, fwiw), the view is gorgeous, and the house had lots of great amenities. For the price, I think a few more finishing touches could be added (potentially curtains on the windows, batteries in a few of the closet lights, a garbage can in the bedrooms and kitchen).

Townhouse with lots of character

I went to St. John's for golf, sightseeing and for the folk festival. The festival was at Bannerman park which is just across the street from the Harbourview townhouse. The unit is older (but in no way run down) with lots of character. All of the rooms are large and well lit. I wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend the property.
