City Noise- Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, vehicular traffic, and sporadic sirens, having the windows and doors closed can reduce background and earplugs can help light sleepers.

Carebnb provides a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

📝Spa Pool House Rules

• Please use the spa pool responsibly and ensure it is kept clean during your stay.
• Guests must maintain good hygiene before entering the spa pool.
• Any excessive soiling or misuse of the spa pool, including contamination that requires additional or professional cleaning (such as bodily fluids or fecal matter), may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $500.
• Any additional cleaning or repair costs required to restore the spa pool to usable condition may also be charged where necessary.
