HOUSE RULES

Please review each rule carefully at the start of your stay to avoid any deductions from your security deposit or additional charges to your credit card upon check-out. Contact us for clarification to prevent any misunderstandings. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.



Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.

Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. Evidence of a pet will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Service: Please note this is a short-term vacation rental, and as such, daily cleaning or laundry services are not included. If you would like to arrange additional cleaning services, please feel free to contact management.



Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund and could impact our ability to host future guests, potentially exposing you to liability.
