You cannot beat this location—so close to the beach. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would love to come back!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice condo everything we needed. Beautiful view on balcony of the canal and you are able to see the ocean. Five minutes to the beach. We will stay again in the future.

Wonderful property. Just the right size for our family (us, son, DIL and two grands). Nice location to beach, making it easy to take breaks with the 10 month old, and not too far from pools. We would definitely stay here again. Host, Phil, was very responsive.

The property was great. I was not familiar with the area and didn’t know there was a toll road to access the property. But when coming from Flagler beach we were able to bypass it.

The condo was very lovely and clean and large enough for my family. In a great location between Daytona and St Augustine. We went to the beach and pools and outlet mall and local restaurants. It was my son’s birthday and we had a really great weekend. Thank you Phil.

This place was perfect for our family. The condo was incredibly spacious with easy beach and pool access. We were asked to give ID information for all adults, but security only asked to see information for the drivers. The beach was super chill and quiet. We will absolutely be back to Cinnamon Beach!

Spacious corner unit. The 3rd bedroom was spacious with 2 full beds . The master was on opposite end giving everyone privacy. Quiet, safe, and clean community.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Loved the 3 bedroom / full bathroom combination. The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy meals & down time & the beach access was close by too.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach, multiple pools and great safe community! Host was pretty responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, which was really appreciated! Besides taking walks on the beach, we were able to take walks around the community to see all kinds of different property structures by the beach, which was like going to the museum!

It was a two day boys golf trip and we very much enjoyed Phil’s condo We loved the gorgeous large porch to discuss the days round and enjoy coffee and juice in the morning.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean and stocked with all we needed. Nice view of the lake and close proximity to the beach. If we are back in the area, we would definitely like to stay here again.
