Perfect Getaway

We decided to stay in Flagler after our son was there over July 4th. It's close enough to Daytona to be able to enjoy everything there, but it's far enough away to not be crowded with tourists. The condo itself was clean, easy to find and for us, in a great location. We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and watch the waves crash. We would definitely stay again!!

2nd time around

Like the title says, this was our second stay at this cute condo! I feel like there were more "handy" items there than last time, making it a spot that has everything you need. Especially if you're flying to town, it has it all, wagon, umbrellas, kids' toys, floats, towels, bikes, the list can go on. Flagler Beach is a great small town, with cute shops and an abundance of good restaurants! The condo is literally right across A1A from the ocean, a very clean, quiet beach. You can watch the sun rise from one balcony and the sun set from another - very unique! The property has a beautiful, sparkling pool too. I really can't wait for our next visit, thank you Melanie and team!!!

Fantastic week condo was everything advertised and more….. super clean easy check in…great hot water and A/C…..double reclining sofa and a huge oversized recliner and along with a queen size sleeper sofa…..lots of updates…

Anniversary

The location and condo itself look like the photo and the patios/furniture are awesome. Its truly the perfect location for beach, pool and going into town. We spent 70% of our time at home on upper deck or at pool. The owners have thought of everything from bikes to beach wagon with umbrella & chairs & having a garage was great.. The problem we had was the quality of cleaning (i ran the vacuum and cleaned many surfaces to feel comfortable) and appliances are older or broken in some way (stove & dishwasher bottom drawer are both broke and dvd player doesnt work nor are the tv's smart for streaming). With above said we would stay again because the good outweighed the bad in numerous ways.

Amazing view

Condo was what we had hoped for! It was just my husband and I staying for a four day/five night get away. I have family that lives in the area so I have been to the area many times.This was also our first stay at this condo. King bed was comfy but I would have enjoyed updated softer pillows but they were still doable! The condo was very clean and the rocking chair was super comfy! One issue is it is dated so when walking upstairs you hear everything downstairs. We didn’t eat in but did look around the kitchen and found everything we would have needed if we would have cooked. The two patios and furniture was good too to sit and read, the road wasn’t too busy. The upper patio was really nice to sit and watch the ocean. We did not use the inter coastal deck. Loved that we had a one and half garage with washer and dryer. Our rental, Audi Q5 fit perfectly. They have everything you could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon, but be aware you do have to go down stairs to get to the amazing beach! This condo is about a 3-6 minute drive to downtown Flagler but there is so much parking not an issue at all to park and walk around town. There is Publix right over the bridge for groceries too, but the General Dollar has everything but closes at 9 outside of summer. We needed to get ahold of Melanie when we first arrived and she was very quick to respond and never needed her again. Great communication through the whole process. We would be happy to stay again.

Last lazy days of summer

This property, I mean home, is just as described except it's hard to describe how really great it is. We filled the supplied wagon with chairs and sunscreen and rolled across the street to our own private beach! We then rolled back across the street and hung out in the sparkling pool. We spent nights on the balcony watching the waves until it was so dark we couldn't see them anymore and then we sat there longer and listened to them! We cooked twice in the prefectly appointed kitchen and the other times we went to the quaint town of Flagler, just minutes down the road, and ate great fresh seafood and met the friendly locals! We only live a little over an hour away and have decided to make this lovely little spot a regular place for our weekend getaways! Melanie the manager was very nice and even checked in on us during our stay!

We had a great time. Awesome location. Cute little beach town. Only thing missing was an umbrella for the beach. We bought one and left for others to enjoy.

Flagler Beach

The property was in a good location, easy to access and great communication with the property manager. The only feedback I could offer is that the home needs a deep cleaning. There was sand in the downstairs bathroom that had not been swept up and the unit was not very clean. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Comfortable condo

Very relaxing condo just across the street from Flagler Beach. It was stocked with lots of beach chairs and beach toys. The only thing it was missing was an umbrella but I’m sure those break a lot. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back decks to listen to the ocean. During the day the traffic noise can get a little loud. I can’t speak for the kitchen since we only used the fridge for a few things. The house was clean. All in all I’d rent it again if I was in the area.

Flager visit

What a gem of a place, right on the beach. A fantastic find. The place was well appointed inside, the bikes were a nice touch. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian made a visit so we had to evacuate to friends. Melanie was fantastic at keeping us informed. Hopefully we will be able to return soon.
