• Spacious Master bedroom with private ensuite with oversized shower and loads of cupboard space with a walk-in robe plus double build-in robes with sliding mirror doors.
• Remaining three bedrooms are well sized and located separate from the main living area and feature double built-in robes and serviced by the main central bathroom.
• Three separate areas offering plenty of room for the entire family.
• Modern kitchen design with built-in stainless-steel oven and five-burner gas cooktop, multi-function dishwasher, large walk-in pantry and quality extras including stone benchtops.
• Located in the Hartleigh Estate with open parks, picturesque wetlands and sporting fields nearby and within walking distance to a fabulous playground that will delight the kids.

• Ducted heating and evaporative cooling
• Study nook
• Double remote garage
