This custom four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beauty sits on the serene shores of Smith Mountain Lake, just across from the peaceful Smith Mountain Lake State Park. It’s more than a house—it’s a place where your family can create lasting memories, surrounded by the natural beauty that you’ll look forward to spending each day.
As you enter, you’re immediately captivated by the water views that stretch across the kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, and even the primary suite. The space is bright and open, filled with natural light, with a vaulted ceiling in the great room and a double-sided fireplace that offers warmth and charm. The flow from the kitchen to the dining and sitting areas, and then out onto the screened porch, is perfect for both quiet mornings with a cup of coffee and lively family gatherings.
The primary suite, situated to take full advantage of the water views, is a true retreat. With a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath that features a jetted garden tub and a separate shower, it offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of lake adventures. The second bedroom on the main level, with its cozy queen-sized bed, is conveniently located next to a half-bath.
Downstairs, the lower level opens up to a spacious family room where you can watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or engage in a pool tournament! The large windows in the room allow you to enjoy the lake views even from below, and the direct access to the full-length covered patio lets you step outside and enjoy the fresh air whenever you like. Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
