Perched right on the water's edge, you can enjoy spectacular views of the turquoise Whitsunday waters from almost every room.

Entertaining area.
A covered wrap-around terrace provides plenty of space to entertain friends and family. There's a BBQ, a table for eight people, and an outdoor ceiling fan.

Pool.
The Edge complex includes a stunning infinity-edge pool, where you can swim in luxury while looking out over the ocean.

Kitchen.
Entertainers will love the sophisticated kitchen, which includes stainless steel Smeg and Ilve appliances, a wine fridge and double-sized range oven.

Complimentary FOXTEL.
This property has been designed with ease and comfort in mind. It includes complimentary FOXTEL, as well as several TVs, a DVD player and a stereo.

Rooms.
There are three spacious bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the other with two single beds.

Location.
You'll find this property tucked away down a private and peaceful driveway - just a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants on Front Street.

Parents' retreat.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious retreat with a separate lounge area, TV, private terrace and a king bed. This area also has views over Dent Passage, a private balcony, walk-in robe, and enormous ensuite. There's a double shower, separate toilet and even a spa, where you can take in the views.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
