Nautilus est une maison unique en son genre qui se trouve au-dessus de la magnifique marina de l'île Hamilton. Cette propriété doit être vue pour être crue. Nautilus dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains avec une immense piscine au milieu de la maison! La maison a été meublée selon les normes les plus élevées sans aucune dépense épargnée; les vues sont à couper le souffle de tous les niveaux de cette belle maison. Dès que vous entrez dans la maison Nautilus, vous saurez que vous êtes dans une propriété unique; pendant que vous regardez à travers une fenêtre interne qui vous permet de regarder dans la piscine. La chambre principale a son propre niveau et une vue imprenable depuis la chambre, le balcon et le spa! Vous pouvez dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes dans cette maison dans le confort. La marina et la plage sont accessibles à pied. La piscine est la caractéristique principale de la maison et la plupart des clients passent beaucoup de temps dans cette magnifique piscine donnant sur les bateaux de la marina!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children lived out stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The views and location are fantastic.

I would say 9.5/10 considering price tag. Staffs for transfer were perfect. All accurate, efficient and kind.Property is located centre of the island so very convinent. View is more than I imagined. Highly recommended if you chasing mindblowing view of the island and Marina.Bathroom on each room is great advantage if you travelling with large group. Only 0.5 wasnt fully enough were pool was not heated enough and clean. Also, there was no working hairdryer so make sure to bring your own.Otherthan everything is perfect.

Great house for a family stay. Lots of space. Prompt attention by the team to a couple of issues that popped up. Perfect position too. A short walk to the harbour and wildlife park. Beautiful views. Only criticism would be the stairway up to the front door of the house. It was quite narrow with no rail so at times felt unsafe going up and down.

The Nautilus is advertised as a luxury home. On entering the house, within a few steps, we could smell mould throughout the lower level; on closer inspection, the cleanliness was substandard. There was dust and crumbs on the floor; the pool was very dirty; the doonas and pillows were stained; and two of the bedroom ensuites had substantial mould throughout the showers, not to mention hair and grime in the showers, no supply of towels, and/or a bathmat in one of the bathrooms. The house is tired, with curtains not working and hanging precariously, with missing hooks and chains. After two days of requesting enough towels and other shower items, we received two shower towels and 2 beach towels, all for 5 people. The pool was cleaned the next day, and the plumber arrived to fix two leaking toilets on the 3rd day. By the fourth day, I was tired of requesting cleaning, extra towels, etc. The island itself has a beach for kayaking and snorkelling; unfortunately, it's rocky and quite dirty. The surrounding activities were great but very overpriced; the food was substandard, except for one restaurant that you had to take out a loan to eat at. The island is cashless, which was very inconvenient, as card payments had a surcharge on every purchase. The weather was perfect, and we had a lovely, relaxing holiday once we de-stressed from all the problems that we encountered with our accommodation. Will we ever visit Hamilton Island again? unfortunaltey not! Not worth the money.

Family get away

Loved our stay! Location was incredible! Views were perfect. Only shame was a few easily fixable items in the property (shower head sprayed everywhere, bathroom blind went down but hard to put back up, aircon cover falling off and loose door handles) which meant we were worried things may break…. Property had everything for a relaxing stay though! Would go back in a heart beat!

Surprise!

We booked Nautilus for a holiday with our adult children. We kept the place as a surprise. It was such a delight to open up the house then and see them see the pool!!! Loved the house and it’s in such a great location too!

Hamilton Island Bliss

Nautilus is a beautiful property. Our group of nine (three children) enjoyed sunsets on the balcony overlooking the Marina, and the kids had lots of fun with the pool portholes. The layout made it easy for us to have our own space when needed and share quality family time together. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The property is centrally located, with a short walk or Buggy ride down to the beach or Marina. We really loved our Nautilus stay.

Perfect for a group getaway

We really enjoyed staying at Nautilus. It's spacious & in a great location close to the Marina & Catseye beach. It's also close to the airport but the noise wasn’t an issue (you can hear them but it's not that loud, often or long). The sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable but other than that, it was a perfect house for our group. It comes with a buggy & there is room to park another one that you can hire close by.

Beautiful

Beautiful property. Close to everything we needed. Great service. Only negative which is pretty annoying with small children is that the pool was not heated the whole time, even though it was included in the cost. We did contact the property manager and apparently it was turned on, I’m assuming it wasn’t done properly/broken.

Nautilus stay

We stayed recently in this lovely place, the property is in a great spot close to everything and has a fully equipped kitchen and a bbq. We booked this property by looking at the photos of the beautiful pool online that is the house’s main feature, unfortunately the water was too cold to swim in. We asked for the heating to be turned on and it was for 1 day only! One of our guests was told we could turn the heating on for an extra $50 a day. I would have thought that it should all be built into the cost of hiring the property! Loved Hamilton island but we were there in cooler weather and unfortunately a cold indoor pool was not a hit.

Thanks for your feedback Vicki. There was a bit of miss communication there with the heating in the pool. The heating had only recently been installed and the owners hadn't advised us (booking agents) that this was now available. Moving forward, the cost of heating is included.

Disappointed

We stayed here in 2021 the place was amazing. This time our bathrooms were filthy we had to go and buy cleaning products to clean them. Two rooms had not been changed between visits. Blinds missing, air con broken, knobs missing off fan switches and air con remotes missing. Had to move the bed in the downstairs room as t he neighbours were looking at us in bed because the blind was missing. It was filthy and extremely disappointing as we brought different guests this year and were raving about the house and unfortunately they were in the rooms that were not changed or cleaned. We will not book again for next year unfortunately we will look for another property

Family celebration

The overall experience was amazing. The view, the house the pool. Unfortunately the deep cleanliness needs addressing such as mouldy cutting boards. But just minor things. Our air conditioner was leaking in the lounge room and the property management had someone there and the problem fixed within the hour. We all had a great time and would go back again

Impressive

The Property overall was impressive, in a great location, and very quiet. The views were amazing. The size of the bedrooms was great and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was also great, however, it did get a bit murky at times. If i was to suggest anything for the property, it would be more air conditioning/fans in the kitchen area ( I noticed the ceiling is low), as this area did often get hot during the day. Thank you for your prompt response to the airconditioning to the bedroom downstairs.
