Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Host didn’t inform us the stay was cancelled

We never heard from the host before our stay. On the day of check-in, after the reservation had already started, we reached out to ask for the address and check-in info — only to be told the stay wasn’t happening and had supposedly been cancelled. No warning, no explanation, no help. We were left scrambling to find a place to sleep that night. Very disappointing experience.
