Really nice, family home in a great part of Charleston. We were able to walk to a couple of coffee and breakfast places and drive to the beach and downtown very easily. The house was clean and ready for us, and the back deck/yard was a great space to hang out!

This was a great location. It was near enough to downtown Charleston and also the IOP beaches that we were able to get back and forth easily. The property was perfect for our family and our 10 year old and 5 year old enjoyed the back yard slide, smores over the fire pit, and lunch on the back deck. I would definitely recommend this property if you intend to stay in the area multiple days with family or friends.

A lovely house, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved the location in between beaches, shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and an easy drive to downtown Charleston. Jamie, our host, was amicable and so pleasant to work with. Beach chairs were provided and we loved being able to do some laundry during the week.

Wonderful Residential Location

The house and location in Mt. Pleasant are what attracted us to this property. We took a morning walk around the neighborhood and felt safe and at home with friendly neighbors and dog walkers. Loved meeting new pups! The house is comfortable and clean. King bed in master was very comfortable resulting in great sleep each night. We would definitely book this property again.

House was very nice and just as pictures on site. Could use more linens. Only 1 towel per person provided. Property book said extra linens and towels in master bedroom closet but none in there. And could use some additional kitchen items like a tea pitcher.

The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. The deck in the backyard was great, but lots of bugs biting us. There was no hairdryer like the listing said, and there were three females in our group. The info book said that there were beach chairs and beach towels to use but we didn't find any. We had a real problem with the front door security code. Sometimes it wouldn't lock and sometimes we had to try several times to get it open. Maybe the batteries were going dead? Kitchen was well stocked, but could have used some staples like foil and saran wrap.
