Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. The experience at this house was terrible. We booked this house to have our own privacy. We ended up getting phone calls, messages everyday like someone was watching constantly through their cameras. We weren’t loud, we were hardly even home during the days, and at nights we were very respectful and kept the noise to a minimum. We got complaints about people coming home late? I dont understand why this is an issue. We were very respectful and we kept the house immaculate and clean. Even when we vacated we stripped the beds placed everything in the Laundry, Vacuumed the house, cleaned the bbq, we even stocked the fridge with assorted drinks as a gift to the owners. We had a few people come visit and now they wont return the bond. We had an injury because of the gates to the pool area don’t have steps and its very dangerous. This would have had to have been my worst experience of renting a property, i have never experienced this in my life.
