Walk everywhere, so close to the heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach. This luxurious spacious waterfront home spans over 3 levels with spectacular city skyline views, this architecturally designed 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa will command your instant attention.
Creating a sense of serenity and spaciousness with ample space for the whole family or extended family living. TV’s in all bedrooms.
We are able to add in two rollaway beds should you need extra bedding.

LOCATION

Nestled in in Surfers Paradise. Located just 400 metres from the beach and a 800m walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Just a 250m walk to tram stops and 8 minutes to the very best restaurants and coffee shops. Leave the car and walk 5 mins to the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Offering an expansive luxurious space this three level villa is the epitome of luxury and pleasure.

We had an excellent stay celebrating Christmas. The house was great for our family of 3 generations. The kitchen was beautifully functional and spacious, the pool was great and the arcade game in the media room a big bonus for the kids (big & small). It is a very comfortable home in an excellent part of the Gold Coast. Raquel is a great communicator. I would recommend this house.

This is a wonderful property. We booked for two families with three toddlers. It met our needs perfectly. The house itself is stunning and is very clean and comfortable. Fantastic position to enjoy all that the Gold Coast offers.It was a short Uber, light rail or Lime bike ride to everything thing, leaving the car at home was a great idea.Having grocery delivery arrive shortly alter arrival made use of the well equiped luxury kitchen.The layout ensured everyone had their own space, whilst the pool and large living area provided some great memories.Would absolutely recommend and hope to return for our next holiday.

The house was beautifully furnished and presented. Check in and out was simple and the venue is central to everything. Very comfortable and enough towels and pantry items for a comfortable stay. Great location, house looked beautiful on arrival, beds and furniture very clean and comfortable however found the fridge, ovens and kitchen utensils required attention. Chose the accommodation for the location and heated pool so were disappointed the pool was not available for a 1/3 of our stay. Overall great experience, family had a great holiday and our host was lovely.

Weekend Getaway

Had an amazing time at Racquel Stayz Duplex - it’s a great size to accomodate to a big group of people. Has everything you need including cooking & cleaning utensils and even everyday basics in the cupboards. Beautiful layout of the house and has easy access for everyone staying! Would definitely come back again!
