It appears that we had been in communication with you various times throughout your stay and that you expressed your appreciation for our communication. I do understand that you wanted a late checkout, however we cannot guarantee those as this is now prime season and your unit was scheduled for a turnover that day. They do start early on the island as there is quite a bit of space to cover and most companies try to avoid having workmen out in the afternoon heat. I will pass along your note about the carpet.
