House with a panoramic view of Lake Paladru

Just 1 hour from Lyon and 30 minutes from Grenoble, this charming home is perfect for any season. It features a large, tree-lined garden. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen and three terraces with views of the lake. In the summer, you can enjoy lake-related activities: swimming (with access to a private beach a 10-minute walk from the house), sailing lessons, and rowing club. In winter, you’re close to the ski slopes (3/4 hour from St-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, 1 hour from Villard-de-Lans).
Cleaning fees are included in the price.

Perfect accommodation for couples with or without children. A quiet area just a 4-minute drive from the village of Charavines (shops, restaurants, bars, beaches). A wooded garden of 1,800 m² surrounds the house. You can enjoy the beach at the Bilieu campground, which is reserved for Bilieu residents (beach access cards will be provided). Direct access from the back of the house to a field leading to hiking trails. Small half-bath on the first floor. Full bathroom on the first floor.
