- You must check in before 5:00 PM to ensure boat access to the property. Arrivals after this time may incur a significant fee or result in no access to the property. Please reach out to the Guest Contact with any questions
- The property is only accessible by boat. If guests do not have their own boat, a boat taxi service is available with additional fees
- If parking at Eldred's Marina, a daily parking fee of $8 per vehicle must be paid upon arrival
- Upon arrival, guests may be escorted to the property via golf cart for an additional $40 fee
- There are no grocery stores or pharmacies on the island, so guests must bring everything they need
- The property has a strict max occupancy of 8
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front of the home facing the walkway, front entrance, and stairs, and 1 camera is located underneath the home facing the entire covered deck. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
