In the town of ERDEVEN, pleasant and pretty house in a quiet area. Ideally located 700 from the town center of ERDEVEN and its shops, 4 km from the beaches of ERDEVEN as well as 10 km from Carnac and 20 km from Quiberon.
3-room house (approx. 50 mÂČ, ground floor + 1 floor) for 4 people, offering on the ground floor, entrance, bathroom with WC (washing machine), living room / lounge (TV) with kitchen area A and E ( kettle, traditional coffee maker, toaster, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave). The upper floor has 1 bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds (pull-out).
