The space:
Roll out of bed and dip in the pool or open the gate and walk into a beautifully shaded park with kids playground and bbq area, or walk straight through the park to the stunning Sunset Beach! You’ll have the best spot in the whole of Port Stephens to enjoy some wine, cheese and crackers while watching the exquisite sunset across the glistening water at Sunset Beach.
Feeling hungry, you can even walk to the locals’ favourite restaurant ‘The Deck’, located on Soldiers Point Marina again with stunning sunset, yacht and water views.

We haven’t even got to the warm, inviting house yet!

Upon entrance, you’ll see an indoor courtyard on your right and as you continue to walk you’ll notice the admirable architectural design of the house.

It’s a split level 4 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms (one with a spa bath), two living areas - lounge/dining room and a separate family room (each have a 4K 65” TV with Netflix included and unlimited NBN internet), a fully equipped kitchen with a Smeg oven, Smeg induction cooktop and a Whirlpool dishwasher, and a functional laundry.

There are 2 outdoor sitting areas - a first floor balcony with an outdoor setting that overlooks the beach, jetty and pool and a wonderful outdoor courtyard with BBQ and water views. Also, you will find an indoor open atrium sitting area.

Included, is a PRIVATE BOAT MOORING BERTH with electricity and water for your boat if you have one. It is located on the jetty out the front of your townhouse. There is a boat ramp less than 3 minutes drive to launch you into the perfect spot for going West up into the rivers or NE to the inside of the bay or then out the heads into the open sea. There is also a kayak for your use to glide across the local bay in peace.

For the sleeping arrangements there are 4 x Queen beds, 2 x Single beds and 1 x fold out Double sofa bed. All bedrooms have been fitted with new carpet.

ALL LINEN AND BATH TOWELS SUPPLIED. Bring your own beach towels.

Bedroom 1 - (mid level ) has a Queen bed with inbuilt cupboards.
Bedroom 2 - (mid level) has a Queen bed and a fold out Double sofa bed, inbuilt cupboards and an ensuite with two sinks and heated towel rack.
Bedroom 3 - (upper mid level) has a Queen bed with inbuilt cupboards.
Bedroom 4 - (loft) has a Queen bed and 2 Single beds.

Bedroom 1 & 2 share a balcony over looking the pool and views of the water and jetty. You can sit on the comfortable chairs on the balcony while watching the older kids (if you have any) or family members in the pool.

The house is located about a 10 minute drive to the main Salamander Shopping Centre or a 4 minute drive to a smaller row of shops called Salamander Village with an IGA, bakery, chemist, florist, butchery, cafes, Chinese and Thai restaurants, take away shops, bottle shop, doctors surgery, and more.

Tastefully decorated with comfort and practicality in mind, we have tried to think of everything you will need and have equipped the house for your perfect getaway!

Port Stephens is surrounded by so much beauty, there is an abundance of beaches, nature walks, picturesque sand dunes, water activities, golfing, movies, quad biking, four-wheel driving, dolphin & whale cruises, snorkelling, parasailing and yachting.

You dream it and Port Stephens most likely has it! A fantastic, central and relaxing holiday spot.
