Located in The Ocean View Beach Club, one of Bethany's sought after resort communities, less than 2 miles only minutes from the sand, sun, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. A fantastic place to launch your family's beach adventures, this amazing beach home features 4 bedrooms plus loft-den area and 3 full baths plus 1 half. The first floor has a spacious open floor concept with master bedroom suite and loaded kitchen including granite counters and stainless appliances. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and an oversized loft with a large flat screen TV. Family friendly amenities include central air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 2 TVs and WiFi. Easy stroll from the resort style community Club house to enjoy a relaxing afternoon out on the expansive sundeck by the outdoor pool or a game of basketball or pickleball with friends and family. Recharge at the health club-style fitness center including sauna, massage, a steam room and more! Recreation fee of $35. Per person/ week for community amenities. Just the perfect place to make those special family beach vacation memories!
