Mineral Resources Park home of West Coast Eagles is just walking distance.

Beautiful 1950's timber floored property with high ceilings and ornate cornices consisting of living room, three bedrooms and one bathroom with queen size beds and king single bed respectively.
Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and digital air fryer and gas stove/oven.
Reverse split system air conditioner installed in every bedrooms and living area and fast free Wi-Fi.
Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and fully filled amenities.
Secure parking for four cars behind bricked wall with automatic sliding gate for easy access to and from Orrong Road.
Beautifully landscaped garden with paved and shaded outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ and two outdoor seatings.
Caretaker co-host resides in granny flat and available from 5pm to 5am for any maintenance issues.
Guest access
Bicycle and helmet are made available for guest use as well as large stainless steel outdoor bbq with included BBQ utensils.
The granny flat shed is not available for use.
No access to all the fruit trees on the property. Please refrain from picking fruit.
