Security Hold

A $750 refundable security hold is required prior to arrival (as per our insurer). This is automatically released after your stay once the property has been checked and house rules are confirmed.

Check-in flexibility
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. A $50 per hour fee applies. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior.

Set in a natural coastal area, you may encounter local wildlife and insects from time to time — this is part of the charm of the location. The home is professionally maintained and treated.
