Wood burner with fully stocked wood shed, very fast wifi and smart TVs & wireless phone chargers in every room (except twin singles).
Stocked up games cupboard and Wii console, old jarrah alfresco area with patio heater and seating area (festoon lights are a must) private fire pit area with firewood and solar lighting, Barby area with esky, ample parking with Tesla charging, secure dog fencing (and doggy door) kids play area and 2 minutes to beautiful beach.

Guests have entire use and access to the whole house, garden & driveway which also has a hose pipe for flushing the boat engine or washing the dogs, sensor light for convenience after dark. Wood shed and extra parking if required for a caravan, we also have outdoor electric sockets to run a fridge or charge batteries.
Other things to note
Guests often arrive after dark and it’s a pleasure for us to have the wood burner lit and lamps on to make your arrival as relaxing as possible, please feel free to request this.
There’s an abundance of native wildlife in Bouvard also, please don’t be surprised if a couple of friendly local parrots are here to welcome you.
