L'appartement est très bien situé: il permet d'être au calme tout en bénéficiant d'une magnifique vue à 180, sur la mer, les montagnes ainsi que la proximité de petits commerces. L'appartement est hyper propre, tout est de qualité et la terrasse hyper appréciable . Mr Fouchard s'est montré bienveillant et les personnes de la conciergerie agréable. Nous retournerons dés que possible.

Très bel appartement

Appartement tout confort, très propre, très bien équipé. Une vue magnifique sur le golfe d’Ajaccio, une grande et belle terrasse très bien équipée également, idéale pour prendre de bons apéros avec les couchers de soleil sur les sanguinaires. Et que dire des baies vitrées à galandages qui ne font que mettre en valeur ce magnifique panorama. Nous recommandons vivement Merci pour cette belle semaine

Un bijou d'appartement très bien situé

L'appartement proposé est tout neuf, très bien équipé (climatisation facilement réglable et silencieuse notamment) et possède une terrasse et un salon avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. La propreté et l'état général est irréprochable et les contacts tant avec les propriétaires qu'avec la conciergerie sur place étaient extrêmement cordiaux. Nous nous y sommes sentis parfaitement bien et serions volontiers restés plus longtemps en famille (couple et un enfant en bas âge). Nous recommandons cet endroit très chaleureusement!

Super séjour

Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Exposition top avec vue panoramique sur la baie. Tous les équipements sont de standing des fourchettes, à la literie en passant par l’électroménager. La localisation est aussi idéale avec plage et commerce à proximité. Conciergerie et propriétaires très bienveillants et sérieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Note 12/10.

Apparemment avec vue mer excu

Apparemment très propre, joliment décoré, parfaitement équipé, et une vue mer exceptionnelle. Très bien situé à 5mn en voiture de porticcio et à 3mn à pieds des commerces et restaurants d’agosta et de sa grande plage.

Merci beaucoup Murielle & Patrick pour votre appréciation qui nous à fait plaisir. Hélas, les aléas de l'écriture intuitive ont fait apparaître "Apparemment" au lieu d' "Appartement". Et de même "vue mer excu" qui devait sans doute être "vue mer exclusive".
