You are a 5 minutes' drive to the popular Oneroa Village/Palm Beach, and 10 minutes to the Matiatia Ferry/Onetangi Beach.
The home features an open-plan living area with native timber flooring, a functional kitchen, and two bedrooms on the main level—one with direct access to the bathroom.
Outdoor spaces include a two-level deck and a flat lawn leading directly to the bay, ideal for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. Ample parking, a carport, and a converted workshop add to the property's convenience.
Sleeping arrangement:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed (with private toilet)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Each stay incurs a $180 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
