Awesome spot to post up while in the area! Very clean with modern touches, queen bed is very comfy and you can’t ask for better access to restaurants and amenities.

There was a bit of a problem with the communication when we went to check in. But the place itself made up for the initial problem. In my opinion, this place was much better than it seemed in the pictures. Excellent location, charming and spacious rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was also well stocked. Probably one of the best VRBO places I've stayed in.One clarification - there is a washer/dryer combo in the suite (not a set, but one machine that does both). For some reason the photos didn't show this.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a getaway with my boyfriend. The space had everything we needed and made for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

The place was very well taken care of. We had some issues getting the door to the porch open at first due to weather warping the wood but once we got it open it was a lovely place to sit and relax. The location was perfect for what we needed and we could easily walk to any store we wanted to go to, along with a beautiful park just down the road with a wonderful little stream to sit next to and relax.

This is the property we booked but not the property we were given. We paid the full price but had no laundry and were in an apartment that was in an attic so we couldn't even stand to shower. Also instead of a balcony overlooking the street, we overlooked construction that started at 7am. The host told us ahead of time that MAYBE the original property would not be available but didn't confirm until after checkin time, when it was too late to make changes. She blamed vrbo but vrbo has confirmed that it was not an issue with the app, the host intentionally double booked and charged the same price. The apartment was cute enough, but did not have the same amenities and did not warrant the same price. There is no laundry mat in grimsby and we traveled light, so we had to drive to the next town to wash our basics. Vrbo did give the host a chance to provide a resolution but the host refused, so I'm unable to provide a positive review. Never were we given the link to the real property we were staying in or was our reservation transferred so I have no choice but to leave a review on this listing instead.
