Located in the Niagara Benchlands, within walking distance to a brewery and wineries, with many wineries less then 7 km away.
Short drive to town, many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO and Beer Store.
Quick access to QEW.

Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom unit in the front part of our home (we live in the back). Each bedroom has a queen size bed with bamboo mattress, alarm clock (that will also charge most phones) and ceiling fan. The soaker tub is perfect for a relaxing bath or you may enjoy a luxury rainfall showering experience in the large walk in shower equipped with a built in bench and grab bars. Enjoy the sunset (or sunrise) from the front porch during the summer months. Registration details 25-0009

The place was extremely clean, well equipped with everything that you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and recently renovated. The host was easily available to help us figure out the tv settings. Overall I highly recommend this kozy place.

Perfect location for all of the things

Easy directions Soooo much room and a perfect location to all the wineries and neighbouring towns. Hosts were extremely gracious when we requested an early check-in and have been extremely accommodating.

Extraordinary Weekend

We had a great weekend staying at Kozy on King. The space was perfect to relax, get ready for Bench wine adventures and to rest afterwards. You can’t ask for better proximity to wine, beer, dining and other adventures. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch as well as happy hour when we first arrived. Would recommend and stay again.

The home was impeccably clean, even by picky standards, and the space overall was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and both bedrooms had a comfortable queen. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and I was able to cook most of our meals in the apartment. The grocery store is a quick drive away, as are a handful of restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. I would definitely repeat.

Krazy about Kosyonking

Extremely well equipped. Hosts added lots of thoughtful extras, for example coffee pods, snacks and lovely toiletries. Clean, modern and comfortably furnished.

Weekend escape

Heather and Dan were very easy and prompt to communicate with. The beautiful and spotless apartment had everything we needed, along with a few extra touches. Location was perfect for us to attend a wedding at a local winery and explore theVineyeards. Brewery. Bruce trail.
