Located in the Niagara Benchlands, within walking distance to a brewery and wineries, with many wineries less then 7 km away.
Short drive to town, many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO and Beer Store.
Quick access to QEW.

Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom unit in the front part of our home (we live in the back). Each bedroom has a queen size bed with bamboo mattress, alarm clock (that will also charge most phones) and ceiling fan. The soaker tub is perfect for a relaxing bath or you may enjoy a luxury rainfall showering experience in the large walk in shower equipped with a built in bench and grab bars. Enjoy the sunset (or sunrise) from the front porch during the summer months. Registration details 25-0009

This is our second time staying here & it did not disappoint. Hosts are fantastic, they took really good of us & supplied snacks. The home is in an ideal spot to explore the area. The home is very clean & comfortable. The bathroom is amazing! Both bedrooms have electric fireplaces & blackout curtains for sleeping in. The home has great lighting and lots of hooks throughout the home.

We stayed at Kozy on King for a full week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the spacious bathroom was a nice bonus after long days of exploring.The location couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect home base for visiting the incredible wineries of the Niagara Benchlands, exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and spending time at Niagara Falls. We loved being so close to great wineries, restaurants, and scenic drives while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Vineland. The property’s location is one of its biggest strengths, with numerous wineries just minutes away. (vrbo)The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. Every detail made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Kozy on King to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and conveniently located place to experience Ontario’s beautiful wine country. The place was extremely clean, well equipped with everything that you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and recently renovated. The host was easily available to help us figure out the tv settings. Overall I highly recommend this kozy place.

Extraordinary Weekend

We had a great weekend staying at Kozy on King. The space was perfect to relax, get ready for Bench wine adventures and to rest afterwards. You can’t ask for better proximity to wine, beer, dining and other adventures. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch as well as happy hour when we first arrived. Would recommend and stay again.

The home was impeccably clean, even by picky standards, and the space overall was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and both bedrooms had a comfortable queen. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and I was able to cook most of our meals in the apartment. The grocery store is a quick drive away, as are a handful of restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. I would definitely repeat.
